I’m pretty sure Hubs thought I was nuts when I bought this:

I’ve coveted a cast iron casserole pot for ages, and when I saw this one at Home Goods, I knew it had to come home with me. Originally, I planned to use it to make No-Knead Bread. It hasn’t happened. It has, however, been a workhorse in the soup and stew department.

I love my enameled cast iron pot!
