Why I Need to Start Carrying My Camera

Because otherwise, you get crap-ass photos like this on my blog:

Lime Tartlette

Plus, I saw many photo-worthy things on my walk today, but I didn’t have anything to capture them with. I didn’t even remember to bring my phone with me, so I had to wait to take my craptastic photo until I got back to my desk. [Sigh]

  • You are too funny. I always keep my little camera in my purse for things like this. I have hardly been taking my big gun out for anything other than specific photoshoots of the kids.

  • LOL! i have just been thinking that now that I have a smaller camera I ought to knit it a case and carry it around with me. I always love those unexpected photos! Though today, mine would have been of a cicada. Yours is better.

  • I carry my Lumix with me everywhere. Even when we go for a long walk. It fits in the pocket of my jeans, the battery lasts for days at a stretch . . . it's almost too perfect, as I inevitably have piles of photos of random things (witness the ten-photo blog entry on our supermarket.) Hope you feel better! :(
