The Facebook Effect
There is an article in Newsweek… maybe a couple of weeks ago now, about how Facebook has taken off/taken over/taken whatever. I found it funny that I saw the issue at the bookstore, the same day a schoolmate of mine from elementary school/middle school contacted me about an alumni group forming for our class on Facebook.
I had signed up as an extension of my participation on LinkedIn, and I am now having a great time, seeing pictures of old friends and anticipating meeting up with these folks in the near future. WAAY more interesting to me than showing up for my 15th high school reunion.
