On The Road, or “D is for Dashboard”
Just in case you didn’t think I was geeky enough, E has enabled me futher to be able to do mobile posting. No posting by cell phone for me! E has a wireless card that works nationally, a laptop, and tiny but extremely high quality camera. So what do I do? I blog in the car!!
We’re on our way to Philadelphia after spending the day in DC (and surrounding suburbs). We had breakfast with my cousin, lunch and coffee with some friends, and stayed overnight with more friends/family. Tomorrow we celebrate E’s cousin’s receiving her doctorate.
So, that’s my weekend, and I leave you with a picture of salt mountains (I guess the winter was not as snowy as it’s been in the past):
And a slightly blurry picture of E driving me north on I-95 in Maryland:
That’s all for now!

Wow, I did not know you could do that!
Now I understand the Yarn Harlot’s mobile blogging in the cab.
Cool…..keep blogging all weekend. We want to know WHAT you are doing with a play by play.
Have fun.

I don’t mean to alarm you, but a cyborg is driving that car.
Have a fun rest-of-your trip. Try not to anger the cyborg, they get lost more when they’re cranky.

I believe that is the first picture of E. I’ve seen on your blog. The snowy mountains still look pretty. It’s a nice dose of reality here in the desert. Enjoy the rest of your trip and have safe travels back to the valley.

OK just to be clear… I happen to know that this “cyborg” happens to be “lost proof” and looks much better when not “blurry”. Oh, and incase anyone was wondering… The short sleeve shirt implies it is in fact warmer here than most Desert Dwellers would think. That those mountains, are actually all rock salt for the roads, so I guess they are “man made” mountain tops so to speak.

Thanks for stopping by my blog - enjoyed chatting with you last night! Love the pics of the mountains - I really miss the Mid-Atlantic area and hope to be back there some day….
