Don’t try to read my mind, it’s scary in there.
This is Soleil after some major knitting this past weekend. To many small problems all coming together. You can’t see them, but they’re there. And worse yet, I know that they are there.
Cleo is checking things out… it seems like something is about to happen…

Easy come, easy go. I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Soleil, though.
I finally got my Summer issue of Interweave Knits in the mail. I’m not to hip on most of the patterns, and I’m downright annoyed at one of them. I can’t believe that they printed a Fun Fur pattern! It’s basically a skinnier version of this. Aside from my questioning the originality of the pattern, I question the pattern being included in IK’s pages. It really doesn’t seem to fit the tone of the magazine.
The coordinating clutch is cute and seems to fit into the IK personality a bit better, but the yarn is discontinued. 
I suppose there isn’t much they could do about that since they’ve probably been planning the issue since before the yarn got discontinued.
I feel pretty cheated since I’ve been waiting forever for my magazine, and here it is with patterns from Lion Brand that I could have gotten for free.
Clapotis is done, with the exception of a few ends that need weaving in.
I am making progress on Soleil.
Vegas was FUN. I am now going to sleep off the weekend. And no, I didn’t do anything I will regret.
