Patience
Patience has its virtues. Yes, it does.
I have been obsessing for several days about the purple-y purple Noro Cash Iroha #31 yarn I found online. It is the yarn for the Hourglass Sweater from Last Minute Knitted Gifts. It is such a beautiful purple, but I just can’t justify another $80 for yarn right now. Especially with some of the recent yarn and yarn-related purchases that I have made. But as I was thinking about future projects this morning, I realized that with the purchase of one additional skein of the green hemp yarn that I bought for something totally else, I can make the HGS out of that! So, I think I’ll swatch for that this weekend, and be saved from the purple-y goodness that lies in cyberspace somewhere.
PLUS, I just found out that the tweedy lovelyness that I purchased from Knit Pixie several weeks ago for Rogue was shipped today. Whee hoo!

Ooooh Hourglass Sweater! You can use the Beyond Bold from Alison for that sweater too. Make sure you read the Errata if you have an old version of the LMKG book. I made mine without looking at the errata and it came out PRETTY CRAZY!
