The Pharmacist
I hope this guy loses his job. Imagine if a pharmacist lied and told you that your heart medication was “out of stock” and you had to wait 72 hours to get it?
Before you flame me, I realize that the two medications are vastly different, but the idea that a pharmacist can make decisions like this? Not good. Someone should report him.
ETA: I sent a complaint to the Arizona Pharmacy Board. We’ll see what comes of it.

Flame you hell! How about you share that soapbox?? The medications are different but the idea is the same. What happens if you get a surgeon who is a Jehovah’s Witness and let’s you bleed to death because his religious beliefs say the blood transfusions are wrong?? If this doesn’t get punished it can ONLY get worse!!!

No flame from me. It should be against the law for them NOT to fill the RX.

Oh, you;re NOT alone, and won;t be getting any flames from me! This irks me beyond belief!!
When you go to pharmacy school, you learn about medications and how to fill prescriptions (amungst other things I’m sure) - WHERE DOES THAT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHAT CHOICES OTHER PEOPLE MAKE? If the womans doctor has written the script, it is the responsibility of the pharmacist to fill it, NOT PASS JUDGEMENT - dont like it? GET ANOTHER JOB!
Abortion is a personal choice. Right or wrong is not for me to decide for anyone but me.
I had a long talk with my doctor about this very issue - she told me about not only pharmacies refusing to fill morning after scripts but birth control pills as well! AND to boot, there are GYNs refusing to even discuss birth control with patients - WTF is going on? If there people find those discussions offensive, or against their personal beliefs, they need to find another line of work.

UNETHICAL!
I am getting so fed up with these yahoos in the pharmacy and in our government subverting the law in the name of ‘morality’.
A pharmacist who does this should be stripped of their licence and be personally responsible for the consequences….we can start with them paying FULL child support for any children born against the patient’s will and doctor’s orders
