We Are Doomed!
I am usually not quite so much of a naysayer. But what I discovered last night was disturbing. I only walked 800 steps yesterday! It was actually something like 788 steps. I felt sad… and then I felt sad for all of us suburbanites who drive everywhere and never walk anywhere. 788 is pathetic when you consider that that was the tally for the whole day yesterday, and it is only 8:15 AM and I have walked 1149 steps. I took the bus to work today which is part of why I have so many steps already, but geez, how sad was 788 steps!?
