My cat likes Crocosimia bulbs??
I had purchased some at the 99 Cents Store, and I had them sitting on the floor of the computer room. I’m not sure why they are there, but that’s where they ended up after sitting in my car for a week (are you sensing the pattern?)
All of a sudden, Cleo the Crazy Cat is rolling around on the floor, snarfing on something, and trying to eat through a plastic bag. Of course, I am paying no attention because I am doing something on the computer and she is bugging the crap out of me. Finally, I look down, and there is my fine feline friend, going to town on the Crocosimia package. She hasn’t gotten it open yet, but she is doing her darnedest without having the luxury of opposable thumbs. And then she starts nuzzling the bag like she does with catnip. Hmmm…. I have to find out what these plants are related to!
