How Many Steps?
I figured out today that to walk 60 miles, I will have to take approximately 127,300 steps. Considering that I am averaging about 5,000 so far, I have a ways to go. My goal for the first month (February 12th) is 10,000 steps. 10,000 steps is just under 5 miles.
I am participating in a 5K walk next weekend, so that will get me to 3.1 miles (which is just a bit more than the walk to the post office ~2.7 miles). I’ll still have to do 1.9 more to get to my goal that day. No problem, I have to go to the post office anyway.
I suppose I should start to figure out good routes to get me up to my goal. I wonder how many steps it is to ASU?
