Divine Hat
The Divine Hat is coming along. I have 9 out of 11 inches done before I start the decreases. I have to remember to take pictures.

It’s a lot less wavy in person. I’m not sure why it looks like that in the photo, but I’ve seen a number of other bloggers say that they have the same problem.
On the advice of MAC, I purchased Weekend Knitting. I’ve found the shawl that I want to make… it is so lovely and soft looking. Now I just have to find the time to do it. And then there are the striped socks… and the pillows… and the market bag… *sigh*

Hey, that’s me! Weekend Knitting is the bomb. I’m still working on the perfect pie shawl and loving it but can’t wait to move on to some of the other patterns. I’ve also got it on my to-do list to teach myself to crochet. I just found http://www.knitty.com, which is a great site. Free patterns, tutorials, great knitting goods, too. Forgive my blogging snafus, but this is my first time…
