Men! Harrumph!

I am a complete basket case when it comes to men. I keep meeting these guys who all of a sudden stop calling/responding to my calls, and then they pop back up again 6 months later, like nothing happened. It just happened to me again yesterday, and I’m still not sure how I’m going to handle this one. I’m tempted to just not respond, but then I feel like I would be sinking to his level.

  • Men are designed and created differently as women. Imagine how boring it would be if men are acting exactly same as women! Do expect that men will behave the same as women, and don’t be disappointed if they do behave differently.
One day I asked my son Michael to pass me a bottle of water, he got the bottle and passed it, or more accurately, he threw that bottle to me, saying “Dady, here it is”, then ran away.
In comparison, one time I drove them to a park. On the way I felt thirsty, but found no bottle around the front seats, so I said, “Sophia, would pass me a bottle of water from over there?”
Then I peeked from the mirror to see what she would do. I found she picked up the bottle, and then baited open the sucking nozzle, and then passed it to me, I mean, passed to me.
“Dady, you got it? Can you drink it from the nozzle?”
“Yes, I can. Sophia, why did you bait open that nozzle?”
“Because you do not have to open it by yourself, so you can concentrate on driving.”
    “……………..!”

Can you say that Sophia loves Dady more than Michael does? I do not think so, it is unfair for Michael. They show their love in their own way. No one is less, no one is more.

We are created the way we are.
